You know as usual Alexk is right. There is a pattern that i keep seeing on the posts when people say they are having problems with activating material.You can see them
when you read the post but i will repeat them again.
1. Not establishing a purpose. If you do not know what you want from a book you are not going to know when you try to activate.
2. Not doing a mind probe & looking for trigger words that you are attracted to. The trigger words are the crucial elements that a author will use to communicate core concepts. If you do not search for these you will not recognize them when you active.
3. Not formulating questions from the trigger words. If you have not formulated questions from the trigger words your conscious mind is not going to know what you are looking for when you superread & dip.
Once again Photoreading is not magic. I have heard Pete Bissonette say that more than once. You can get tremendous results with photoreading but there is work to be done with the activation process & that work entails purposeful, probing, questioning active processes.
