I've noticed that you recommend beginners to make 4-6 30 min passes. Why 30 mins? Can I go longer than 30 mins? Another thing I want to know is will I understand the book more if I photoread it a few times then do the activation? If I want to photoread again after the first photoreading session and 24 incubation, do I need another incubation period or I can just photoread and activate right afterwards.
