Dug up some samples. You can remember that these shown on the web lack the fexiblity of self drawn ones with colours and the symbols are much more rigid. However I think from these samples you might get the general idea and can create your own.

This one isn't a great flow chart but shows how mind mapping can be converted to flow charting. http://www.extremeprogramming.org/map/project.html

There is also flow charting software. Try your hand in it and see how it functions for you.
