We had Win Wenger trying out Windtunnelling, which was cool because apparently that's the first time it's been tried out in a group setting. Then there was the PR Challenge and the syntopic read, which was a real breakthrough for me.
Of course, with Alex buzzing around snapping photos (I'm hoping that snow angel doesn't reappear!) we've got great records of the retreat...over 1.26 gig of photos burned and 2 700 meg CDs filled!
