I've started learning the prwms through the course and I was wondering a few things.

1) I seem to have a little trouble of grasping the concept of opening your vission. As soon as I start reading, super reading or just previewing I tend to get back to normal focus. I've been searching with a few (what I thought where) keywords but couldnt find any helpfull posts on how to remain an open vision (peripheral?)
Any exercises that could be recommended ?

Normal vision is fine when regular reading, superreading and dipping, and previewing. By relaxing the eye just a little we allow ourselves to seen 3 to 6 words at a time rather than the habitual one word at a time reading. For the most part you use your normal vision for everything except the photoreading stage.

2)Is it okay to get articles and/or books of simillar lenght and layout that are used in the exercises in my native language ? (Dutch) I have trouble keeping the time constraints given by Paul because I also have to translate everything.

Sound like you already had a go at it with the manual. Yes by all means try it on articles of similar lenght in your own language too.

3)I didn't actualy ran a search on this one, but since I'm bussy I'll ask it here...hope noone minds: When trying to perform the Tangerine technique I can only maintain the feeling it gives a few seconds before slipping back to normal reading habbits. Any reccomendations ? (or does practise make perfect in time ?)

Thanks in advance

As long as you notice that you're focus is on the reading at hand then you are in your ideal state. The tangerine is your trigger for getting into the ideal state. Just become aware of it from time to time, especially if your mind seems to wander off on the task at hand then you need to refocus on the tangerine for a moment.
