Boylan, I am so sorry that you are in such pain. I really empathize with you. Do you have family and friends who can support you? I hope you don't live alone.
Although enlightenment is the ultimate antedote to suffering, I don't think anyone has a map for a sure shortcut to it. For most people It takes alot of extensive inner work and/or intensive concentrated practice. Both requires that the practitioner has the energy (spiritual, physical, emotional) to break through. In any case, if you would like to begin a meditation practice, it's best to learn from an experienced teacher or at least an experienced practitioner. That's particularly important for someone who is suffering from depression.
Please keep on posting and let us know how you do.
Lots of love, Hel

i cant afford holosync

Why don't you simulate Holo-Sync on the Bwgen for free?

requires that the practitioner has the energy (spiritual, physical, emotional) to break through.

A good articulation. Energy. Amass it on all fronts. I should say that there are no short-cuts to end depression or become enlightened other than to... energize the right parts of your body/mind/spirit to the high degrees.

A "quick fix" to depression? Hmm. In my own experience, I find that it is impossible to feel down while jumping on a mini-trampoline to upbeat music. Takes no effort. Instantaneously infuses you with positive energies on many different levels.

Yes you can use bwgen. Although, Brian would be much more capable at helping you out with that product.

Set up a schedule and listen everyday. I think you will be pleased with the changes that occur.

"There is a mechanism in the human body--psycho physiological mechanism, known as kundalini, which is the source from which inspiration, revelation and psychic gifts originate. Every person who is psychic, a genius, or an enlightened sage, has an awakened kundalini to a greater or lesser extent"

Hmmm. Hmmm. Hmmm.

Hmmm.

Hmmmmmm.

"Ordinarily it takes a long time to create a fire by rubbing sticks together but if someone else already has a fire then that fire can be used to ignite another fire. Similarly to make a magnet naturally may require thousands of years but if one already has a magnet then a metal can easily be magnetized using the magnet."

Shaktipat. The instanteous awakening of the kundalini by a Kundalini master.

The above link reminds me of phone sex for some reason. Instead of a genital orgasm, you get a full body orgasm!! (and for just $75!!)

A Temmo Reiki practitioner can also awaken the kundalini within a few minutes.

This is different/odd/cooler because the claim is that the master can send awaken it within you anywhere in the world.

I should be more skeptical, but I believe.

I know that reiki and qigong masters can send healing energy to anyone with the right intention, regardless of distance. I didn't know you could send kundalini though!!

If this is true... THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING!! I mean, this would spell the death of the self-improvement industry!!

I need to start a guru employment agency. They could man a bank of phones and people would call the number in back of pornographic magazines for full body orgasms, just 4.99/min.

1-900-976-KUND

95% of you will think this is absolute twaddle. But I'm gonna give it a go.

Maybe so, maybe not, who knows? You just never know... till you try.

A chronicle of a Christian who undergoes a kundalini awakening, she is an example of someone who uses Jesus as a model, someone who becomes a Jesus--rather long and detailed energetic and experiential descriptions: http://www.cherylstoycoff.com/kundalini.htm#diary%20entries

" We turn to our religions, because that is where we have been taught to look for the divine, but are often disillusioned as our thirst for direct experience is not fulfilled. The promise of communion with the divine after our physical death is not enough when we sense that so much more than words are available to us now. Often, we turn from religion, taking what we can from it and begin to create our own spirituality. Spirituality that is not based on words or doctrines, but based wholly on our inner knowing of what will bring to us the direct experience we seek and intuitively know is there."

Deep delta meditation...listen 1 hour per day...then after you have incorporated the level drop the carrier frequencies. This is not traditional meditation. You are sending high energy, high amplitude sound waves into your nervous system.

Anything that interferes with the free flow of that energy must be released (fears, worries, etc). You should find that your model of the world is shifting to a more productive one because anything that keeps you from operating at that energy level is put under pressure. But this is a long term process...I know with holosync the first level takes 4 months to complete.

As far as which bwgen presets to use you will have to ask someone else.

Although this is a little off the topic, I would suggest that you always find your sense of humor. Your cosmic giggle. One song that always gets me in a good mood is the song "The Touch" from "Transformers the Movie." I like that song for two reasons: 1.) It's very motivational, probably the most motivating 80's tune imaginable, and 2.) It's very hard to take the song too seriously sense it's applied toward imaginary robot trucks, plus the song's style contains dated 80's musical themes. Be motivated, but don't take things too seriously. Applying that attitude to Kundalini Yoga is most appropriate, as well. Joy is everywhere, man. And it's inside you, too.
