I remember reading somewhere about some doctor who teaches NLP to overcome those moments of where you dread doing something. For example being in social situations; where one is so tense for some reason they don't even why, and how to move beyond it, the options become fight or flight into a more comfortable situation.

I am would to have more fun doing things like being in social situations, and meeting new people, but I don't know which paralimainal to use.

If your looking for N.L.P. based info, try www.purenlp.com they have a lot of different books, tapes, products that can help. Also you can try an N.L.P. Institute where N.L.P. is taught. If you don't have one in your area I reccomend Anchor Point Institute in Salt Lake City, UT. You can get their Number from www.qwestdex.com
Ask for Christiana, she's a Master Practitioner of NLP who teaches a specific class on Social Situations and Rapport building.
Good Luck.

Hi Namrekca

If you can afford the Euphoria Personal Learning Course, the Euphoria Paraliminal and Attitude Activator in that set can help you feel more confident, safe and wonderful in social situations. I also have some problems with confidence, but when I feel happy my confidence increases, because I have the belief I'm more socially acceptable when I'm happy and can have fun.

Also try filling yourself with feelings and thoughts of love, joy and peace by using the different individual paraliminals to do this, not only Holiday Cheer!

good luck!

Hi Namrekca
I have just started a program called the Sedona Method. This helps with releasing emotions. So far, I have found this very simple and more importantly, effective. Check out the website www.sedona.com
They give a money back guarantee if you are not safisfied, so there is nothing to lose.
All the best.... Tessa

Coincidentally, one of the tapes in the Euphoria personal learning course (Grant mentioned it earlier) is a recording by Hale Dwoskin, founder of the Sedona Method. I've found it to be simple, yet an effective way to release unwanted or negative feelings.

I love the Sedona method. Funny thing though I wound up at LS not for life improvement ... just wanted to read faster. As they say life throw you a curve ball so haven't started the PhotoRead course but tried (tested) the memory supercharger tape. I've been bitterly disappointed with a number of tapes and sound products. They claim that being deaf makes no difference to their effectiveness. (False folks) hearing aids change the acoustics and when you have a 93% hearing loss even at full volume to sit with headphones on and hear nothing for an hour isn't much fun so my Centerpointe cd is now an expensive coaster lol. I find it easier and more effective to use the Silva Method to Meditate.

Nevertheless the Memory Supercharger surprised me. I use it with light headphones and hearing aids. Since I never had any worries about my memory when I finished listening to the tape the first time I thought "interesting" and ordered some other paraliminal tapes. The side effect is that it made my lucid dreams even more vivid and colourful (actually real life colour & 360 degree vision) the first night. The following 2 nights I had another 3 lucid dreams.

Now if I can just be allowed to continue with the PR course.

Before you ask No I haven't always been deaf. I lost my hearing in 1995.

I've also had some really interesting dreams with the Sedona Method. They happen after I have released some long held beliefs and the dreams directly relate to something in my past where the beliefs began.
I have just bought the Memory Supercharger and can't wait to use it now. Hopefully, I will get the same reaction.
Teresa

AlexK,

So do you mean that you found the Memory Supercharger to be a different experience than other tapes you tried? I've talked to several deaf people who contact us wondering if the Paraliminal tapes will work for them. Since everyone, deaf or hearing, is wired differently, I usually say why not give it a try? Of course it must depend on the individual, too.

Thanks for sharing your experience.

Hi AlexK,
Do you know that Centerpointe has a one-year money back guarantee on their product? Why don't you sent those expensive coasters back and get a full refund? It obviously didn't work for you.
