I used to be really frustrated because I saw PhotoReading as a quick fix to my reading burdens. I remember Alex talking about it's not literally a magic formula (despite what Pete says!) but it's a factual skill that you ought to give time to develop.
You can count on progress being gradual, I know that's a lesson I learned.
