Hello. I am new to the PhotoReading system. And I was wondering how I could get into the relaxation state, I do not know if I am doing it right and if anyone could give me some guidence that would be great. I dont know how I am supposed to imagine the tangerine on my head, im still experimenting with this but if anyone had this problem and figured out what to do, then please tell me.
Thanks.

I have one more question, do I stay in the ideal state the whole time, (i.e while previewing and diping.) or do I just do that regularly?

Tangerine technique is applied to all reading. Yes

Accelerative learing state is detailed starting page 44 of the book.

Thanks. I think that I just have to keep practicing to get it right.
