25 trigger words for the whole book. If you're working through a textbooks and treating each chapter as a book 8 per chapter will do. Time for preview or postview when collecting triggerwords. 3 minutes a chapter. 8 minutes on a preview for a book (yes that challenges you on the trigger words but the idea is to stay focused on the short preview and getting 20 to 25 trigger words) Ass another minute or two if you only managed 18, On a postview you can give yourself 8 to 15 minutes while looking for trigger words.

Naturally keep to 8 minutes if the book is 300 pages or less. Max at 15 for any book longer than 300 pages. You don't need to spend a lot of time at that stage. You just want enough fuel to get the engines running so that activation is easier.

Do take at least 3 minutes to look beyond the TOC and get trigger words from within the book. That helps get the activatin juices going.
