No. You have to use your conscious mind. That means having a purpose & a reason & having some kind of idea or goal or objective as to what you are trying to get from a book.
This does not happen by just photoreading.It is a active process questioning, mind-probing, asking questions from trigger words that are related to your purpose & then flying through the book by superreading & dipping finding the answers to the questions you formulated from your trigger words.
