In the book, Paul Scheele said that he got 74% comprehension test with 68,000 wpm using PR. I guess he did only do PR, not whole mind system such as preview and activation. If he had used whole mind system, he would have got almost perfect score and it wouldn't be 68,000 wpm but something like 10,000-30,000wpm.
But I am not sure whether understanding a book PR stage alone is for all of us.
