hi this is my first post ever and i am also new to photoreading and have a lot of questions about it but i'll spare your by asking only one this time ; )

ok lets say you go into hypnosis and listen to a hypnosis script (a recorded one including the trigger word) and it goes into your sub-conscious and everything works.
now if i was to photoread it, it would go into my sub-conscious and all i would have to do is to use trigger to set it off right?
i know its not that easy and as with hypnosis you might have to do it a couple of times for it to take effect. well thanks for all your help or for atleast reading this.

Learn the system then compare the relaxation exercises and getting into the correct mental state. Then compare 3-2-1 Relax to a self-hypnosis trigger. I find them very similar.

So you can just learn the system. You don't need to dabble in hypnosis.

You are perfection.
