well since the topic is direct learning i ask a question.
is it possible to direct learn one book?
i know it woulndt be recommend but would i still see an efect?

It's more likely to be spontaneous activation, than direct learning with only one book.

One book doesn't really provide much for direct learning. Since you cannot be sure that 'all' the necessary information that you need for integrating the information is there in a fashion that your mind accepts.
