Steady even page turning, affirmations, tangerine, chant, Entering the accerated learning state, closing affirmation and most importantly purpose.
When it comes to activation- what questions did you come up with looking at trigger words? What was your purpose.
I really recommend the 5 day experiment. (page 76_
Also remember first activation sessions are like the first chapter of the book... you ain't seen nothing yet, so don't give up till it gels.
