i am struggling with the subvocalising during super reading and dipping can any one sugest any more tips on how to stop it, i know i am doing it and try to stop myself. am i supposed to just look at the words and accept that my inner mind knows what to do?

First I suggest you accept it and just superread faster. If you're subvocalising you're not superreading, speed it up.

Next thing you can do is play some nature sounds in the background not music but sounds like rain, ocean, wind blowing in the trees etc, these help to reduce subvocalisation.

Another thing you can try is saying the letter A over and over while you read, You need to do this for at least 30 minutes but you'll find subvocalisation will be reduced if you stick with it. Just the one letter, no alphabet no song, just A over and over.

so when i super read i should go faster so that i am just LOOKING at the words but not saying them in my head, and with that i will have a layer of comprehension after i have finished.
is that correct.
when i dip to read somthing is it incorrect to subvocalise then aswell

Yes go faster when superreading so you don't subvocalise then.
When dipping its usually only a phrase or two or sentence or 2 or at the most a paragraph then just subvocalise and be done with it. You're looking for answers focus on that and not whether you're reading fast enough.

The clearer the question the less you'll need to subvocalise because you know and understand the answer when you see it.
