You don't need to "learn the steps of PhotoReading" That's pretty basic and is sumarised on page 146 of the book with a mind map and page 147- 148 with description. In other words your purpose isn't a purpose.
I suggest instead of focusing on 'ability to PhotoRead' get real and have a real purpose for the book. Why anyone wants as a purpose to PhotoRead is beyond me. Bugger that, I want to know what's in the books that I'm interested in. How do I find that? I apply PhotoReading. I don't care how well I PhotoRead, it's end results that matter. If I'm going to the shops to get some groceries and I just want groceries I'll take the car (PhotoRead) to get there. Or I can want to spend a couple of hours walking (reading) and perhaps pick up a few things from the shop, it's fine my purpose is different.
In other works PhotoReading isn't a purpose it never will be... It's a means of reaching your purpose which is usually getting some form of information from a book. How does one become a profient PhotoReader? Just do it and then do it some more. Step 1......... Step 2....... Step 3........ Step 4.........
Step 1......... Step 2....... Step 3........ Step 4......... Step 1......... Step 2....... Step 3........ Step 4......... then it becomes Step 1.... step 2.... step 3.... step 4.... Step 1.... step 2.... step 3.... step 4.... Step 1.. step 2.. step 3.. step 4.. Once you do it often enough it becomes step 1234.
