I mean the ability of learning new things
You may see some students in school can get a high score but pay a little efford.
Seems that they spend a little bit time on study. Everyone appreciate their high grade but they were borned to be like that. Nothing relate to them

Can I PR a lot of books e.g. the whole library, so that I can stimulate my brain and become as clever as that kind of students ????????
Can anyone help me, I don't want any people to treat me as a fool, (sth like spend a lot of time to study and still get a low grade )
