Hi everyone. I have searched on the topic of anchoring states of mind to certain actions, images, and so forth. I have a few questions about anchoring my accelerative learning state. First off how many times do you think (understanding that everyone is different) it will take for me to get the state STRONGLY anchored. I was also wondering around what brain wave frequency the accelerative learning state is in. Low alpha???? I have also studied meditation and I was wondering which has more benifit in my brain meditation or image streaming?? or should I use meditation for say 10 - 15 minutes followed by a 10 - 15 min image streaming session causing me to be in a deeper more relaxed state for image streaming??
Thankyou for all your help on all the forums they awnser alot of questions
your's truly
Whitehair

Just applying the steps for 21 days (sometimes more or sometimes less) is the way that they become habit. That's really just another form of an anchor... a habit. We do this because it was triggered by that.

3 minutes of getting relaxed and then image streaming done consistently for 21 days will be just as successful as an elaborate program of 15 minutes relaxing then 10 imutes image streaming. When the time frame is longer or exercises longer then we find diversions or reasons why we can't do it. By simplifying and just doing it and knowing it will take 21 days to make it a habit but also by doing it consistently and starting out easy on yourself it becomes easier faster.
