Rapid reading is the colosets to traditional reading it's usually reserved for step 5 of the process.
Questions for you, How much time have you spent manually activating one book, how many blocks?
How many trigger words do you pull from the preview or if you don't preview how many from the postview.
What's your purpose. What kind of mind probing questions do you have.
According to the book you should let go and of the book and do something else, calm and collected? Geee I'd have to give up fighting with my lawn mower as something else to do while I let the book incubate. Nah, do something else, let the book incubate for 20 minutes to overnight if you can. Setting up some sort of ritual after PhotoReading is unnecessary however if you want some, do the dishes, make the bed take out the trash are good options.
For short articles handle the same as emails and electronic files pg 83 of the manual no need to incubate the short stuff the mind can sort out rather quickly. Books cover much more material so at least a 20 minute incubation period is helpful
