20 minutes per activiate session, also for textbooks?
If I force myself to finish the book within 20 minutes, I cant really go into detail and just skim the title or boldfaced words. Theories and examples take times to digest.

For reference material, which is information rich, you apply the system to the book on a chapter by chapter basis. Yes it will take more than one activation pass.

Yes it will take time for the information to digest, but you are doing it with the more powerful other-than-conscious mind, and the traditional way with the conscious mind. The activation passes are to bring the information from the other-than-conscious mind to the conscious mind.

Textbooks

Once through in 20 minutes. Don't expect to know much more than what chapters it has and a general overview. This is a solid postview of the textbook.

When it comes to activation.

Start by PhotoReading the chapter that you intend to activate again. Include the 2 previous chapters and the 2 following chapters. (Total 5 chapters) This is to give yourself focus on the subject and placement within the book.

Activate the chapter with 20 minute activation passes/layers. Check your trigger words and mind probing questions to stay on purpose.

With 20 minute activation passes take a 3 to 5 minute break after each 20 minutes, Stand stretch, get a drink of water, say hi to the budgie pet or feed the dog then do the next 20 minutes. After 3 20 minutes sessions take a longer break of 15 minutes minimum and make sure you are well away from the study area... sorry no computer games if you're working on the computer. Talk to someone about what you are studying if you like, but get away from the study area.
