The five day test is with one book over 5 days.
You spend about 20 to 30 minutes a day activating that book. At the end of 5 days you will have spent about 2 hours and some minutes with the book. The first day you Prepare, Preview, PhotoRead, so you only spend about 15 minutes with the book on the first day. Days 4 to 5 are activation so you apply the activation steps.
On the 5th day you consider what you got out of the book. You can compare that time with you traditional reading technique. That is compare what chapter you would be up to in that 2 hours or so.
