Well, I have just rapid read the book, it was going really fast, it took me 50 minutes and I also had time to work on my mind map simultaneously.
I would say that before the rapid reading I had like 60-70% of the book. The rapid reading improved my comprehension to 90-95%, there were a lot of facts and I believe the connections between the subjects were reinforced.
But it was also a little bit boring, since I was not sure of where I was going.
So the book is gelling for me now, but it is not a transcendental experience. I would say that the book falls together for me now, it is like common sense in a way.
My next project is a book called Business Cycles: From John Law to the Internet Crash and it is 350 pages.
My purpose is to get a detailed overview of the ups and downs of the market from John Law to the Internet Crash, so that I can get a strong grounding in economics.
The books contains many subjects so I belief that the best way to have fun with it is to work with it from chapter to chapter.
