One of the first things that a hypnotist learns is, what you say, is what you get. If you turn around and say "I think I'm resisting activation of new concepts on all levels (not only with PR)." you are feeding yourself the 'emotional fluff'. Not the kind you may want but the kind that is giving you results that you get.

Forget about hypnosis etc. Try a feeling of curiosity. As you PhotoRead a book say things like. I wonder what I can learn from this? What new can I find in this book? I wonder what the author has to say about...? Why did the author consider it important to write this book?

Now if you choose to override those questions as emotional fluff you are not very curious about what your experience could be, then it's time to take a look at what you learned in hypnosis and NLP etc. Do you really want to "resist" what you consciously desire to change?
