Since it is leisure reading you'll be using the passive approach that naturally causes you to fall into the trap of taking longer for reading. You will get your reading done in 1/3 the time if you apply the activation steps but if you move straight to rapid reading you are taking the passive reading approach so in the learning stage of PhotoReading you are unlikely to achieve 1/3 using only rapid reading.
PhotoRead and you will have greater clarity and comprehension of the story and possibly less time. I can bet that you will go faster in the beginning than you will toward the end if you are only rapid reading.
