I'm writing my first major term paper after having read and mind-mapped all of my class reading. I have a solid understanding of all of the themes that the readings present and I understand them well individually. However, I'm writing my paper and need to cite where my conclusions come from, which I'm having trouble doing by just looking at my mind maps, and I'm having trouble finding specific quotes that apply to my main points (I've already outlined the essay). I feel like mind-mapping helpse me understand, but can't tell me where the most important sentences are or pages are for citation purposes.
Any help? Should I just supperread the readings with the purpose of finding a quote that applies to a certain point?
