Yes, but the question is:
Why in the world would you want to do that?
Music can be a very valuable weapon in your arsenal, as well can be anchoring or associating yourself to certain objects/objectives that will aid certain parts of any process.
But don't use it as a crutch. You can program yourself to feel euphoric to Marilyn Manson, but not everyone would see how practical an idea like that would be, and it's not a good idea to become dependent without realizing it.
If you're new to attempting to get into the accelerative learning state, then hold off on any other 'enhancements' like music, or ambiance.
You'll know you're in the state properly when you're relaxed, and able to use the process effectively. Ironically, it's usually a lot more simple than it may seem. When your mind & thoughts are clear, your breathing is steady, deeper than usual, and you're in that state of relaxed alertness, you are in the state ideal for PhotoReading.
