I am interested in any and all suggestions for use in the "Sales" area. I am starting out in sales in the Telecom field. I've had years experience on the "tech" area of this field. I have been trying the PRS for a couple of months now and I have been using the Photoreading steps to use on "Sales" books. However, the need to also increase my personal confidence and knowledgablility, or the appearance of these is very important to me. Seems that I have some feelings of misgiving and uncertainty. I will appreciate andy and all suggestions you all may have. Thanx.
