I bought the Whole Mind System book and began reading i. It really inspires me to learn more about it, and to master PR. I have one question though. I don't really understund if I'm supposed to actually be able to visualize the letters in the text because I have had no problems at all with visualize the "blip", but the text is all blurry. I know I'm not supposed to focus on the text, but is the unconsious mind able to recieve the information from the text when it's all blurry or should I train to both see the "blip" and be able to see the text without being blurry. Would really appreciate help.

(Please forgive me for my lack in english)

Thank you // Viggo

What do you mean by visualize? And if the text is all blurry, that's fine. But are you suppose to visualize or actually 'see' the blip page? And you don't need to see the letters in the text, just see the pattern of the white space around the text

The subconscious mind is able to recieve the information from the text even if the text are blurry, becuase you are using your 'peripheral vision'(I'm not sure if I spell it right....).And you don't have to see the blip in order to pr, just use the soft gaze or the imaginary x technique.

Hope that actually answer your question.
