Does the book have an index? As stated on pg. 34 of the PR book:
"In an index, look for the words that are followed by the most page numbers. These are bound to be important trigger words."
For example, looking in the index of the PR book, I see that the word "activation" has 7 page numbers listed. "Purpose" has 12. This tells me that both of these words are probably important concepts in the book. (This proves to be true, doesn't it?)
There, now I have 2 trigger words, and would go on to find 20 or so more words.
