Reconsider your purpose. If you are not able to form questions it's usually the lack of a purpose. 90% of the trigger words become redundant with the first activation anyway. Each activation pass leads to more information that helps you determine if you've met your purpose yet.
Any question is good enough if it find you looking for an answer during activation and the first one isn't the only one you're allowed to ask. The book isn't a guru that only lets you ask three questions. It's a person you can have a conversation with about a topic s/he knows well (because they wrote the book).
Remember you don't ask the author "what's written on page 74 of the book." you ask, tell me about..., why is that so, when does that apply how do you prove that, what make that true, where does that happen. These are example questions. Hang around a 3, 4 or 5 year old and you'll learn there is no limit to the questions you can ask about anything. Follow their lead.
