What I've heard from people who have tried Subliminals is that you need to listen for about an hour every day for several weeks to see results. You can listen to a Paraliminal tape once a day for a week, or even one time and begin to see results. Since I've started using Paraliminals I've had vivid dreams and most customers say they remember their dreams clearly, and that they did not before using Paraliminals. Some even experience lucid dreaming after a time. That is not to say that Subliminal tapes do not work, but you have to spend more time listening to see results.
