Well I do have a plan. Sorry it is a little long.
I must score 60 % minimum in each exam and I would like to score 70%. 70 % to 75% equates with 100 % in reality. A leading academic in the field would not get 80 %.

in EUROPEAN UNION LAW
There is two questions guaranteed on a special subject. (The relationship of The European Court of Justice and the Courts of the Member States .
Then I must pick to other questions to answer . They are not entirely predicatable.
I do not have to know all of the course.
MEDICAL LAW - I have done a 40 % project in this and have done reasonably well. I would probably have to get around 55% of the 605 in the exam to get a 60%. The topics for the questions are very predicatable and there is a clear 5 days before the exam, so I do not intend to do very much work on this subject.
Also I spent to long it during the term.
JURISPRUDENCE - (LEGAL THEORY)

I have not written up yet. But is going well and it is well planned.
1 guaranteed question on John Stuart Mill's book On Liberty. Namely his no harm doctrine and the relevance of his ideas for policy makers today.
I must answer to other questions generally there is a good choice (although you can't completley rely it coming up)

HART/FULLER DEBATE - is there a moral obligation to obey the law.
PUBLIC INTERNATIONAL LAW
The exam is not very predictable, as there is a new course convenor. Last year's paper is available and the tutorials may give some indication as to what will be examined.
I would like to answer questions on
MONISM /DUALISM as theories of international law.
I would like a theoretical foundations question , it was a tutorial question so it may come up but I don't know
Some question on Jurisdiction (possibly in the context of TREATY AGREEMENTS to International Problems such HIJACKING and TERRORISM as it was a tutorial question.
and Sources must be near certainies
hard to know what type of twist they will take though
1 problem question is required.
there are indications that is will be State Responsiblity and Use of Force in International Law respectively.
I am not usually very good at problem questions, so this worries me a bit.
I did Win Wenger's removing the block exercise on problem questions the day-before-yesterday.

12th Jurisprudence
15th International
21st? Medical Law
My knowledge is quite sketchy in EU and International.
I plan to prepare certain topics (above) and focus on these two subjects.
