Be realistic. 4 hours in a solid block will wear you out. Plan exercise into those blocks and other activities to keep you sane (if that's possible ). Focus on what needs to be done and make a point of doing that during the hours.

With another student I did image streaming to determine which subjects he was not devoting enough time to. Use image streaming as a switching device. When you get stuck what to do next.

I'd be approaching studying like a sytopic read. A purpose for my study hour, to learn xyz, grab the relevant books and mind map the information. So in the days prior to the exam you can review and if you happen to go mo my goof I've forgotten halt of this the mind map will bring you back to the pages you need to review.

Relaxation and incubation is an important part of your studies. Know thyself. If you know you're not going to sit 8 hours a day doing your studies don't put 8 hours into your schedule. 3 even 4 hours of actual work a day is better than avoiding any because you feel over whelmed byt 8, 10, 12 hours. Add something like 2 hours to your normal study time and focus on finishing to a certain point each task you assign yourself. If you manage more in another block of time it's a bonus.

If you have the Personal Genius Paraliminal use it as well as the Memory Supercharger one that comes with the PhotoReading home study course. They can be your best friend not only in postive learning but also getting enough relaxation.

Like I said, know thyself. Know what needs to be done and then set the goal of getting this done. Schedule it in manageable chunks that you know you can work with. It might mean reframing, rather than hours per day, think, what needs to be done over the next five days to keep these assignments on schedule.
