You should not be subvocalising (hearing yourself say the words) during superreading. If you are subvocalising during superreading you're going too slow.
Most of the time you want to avoid it in rapid reading. It will occur with the parts of the book were you are critically reading the text.

Read the book, Do the Home study course or take a live seminar. It's possible to learn any of these ways.

The shorter the text the less incubation it needs before activation.
