quote:
I still would like to know why I would have to read from left to right to create understanding.

Simple answer is, you don't!
quote:
if there were some way to just look at it and comprehend what it says I would be very happy.

You already do and you already did, even before you saw it.

Everything we can be, we already are, and already were. It's all within you.
Nothing was ever inplanted into you to make you understand the world or the words, everything, all meaning, came from within you!

This may sound like I'm going off track, but I'm not, this is all totally relevant.

You were born with everything you need, nothing more, nothing less.

Know with absolute!!! assurance that you already know everything.Cultivate that attitude, have that attitude, have that confidence, and it will serve you immensely.

The conscious mind is seriously, seriously slow in comparison to the subconscious, this we know.

PR'ing accelerates this 'knowing' by planting the 'ordered' information into your subconsicous. It doesn't put the sublime spiritual infinite intelligence and all knowing in there, because it was already there, just like everything else is already there, right now!

So now you have the Photoread 'ordered' material, your subconsicous has fully udnerstood the entire book.

Aha, but that's your subconscious right, and we want it in consciousness.

This is what it's all about, drawing it out.

You don't need to know the biological makeup of a flower to see it's beauty.

The same is with reading and with comprehension.

quote:
"Everyone wants to understand art. Why don't people try to understand the song of a bird? Why do people love the night, the flowers and everything around us without insisting on understanding them? But when it comes to a picture, people think they must "understand" it. If only they would realise that an artist creates because he must create, that he himself is only an insignificant fragment of the world and that no more attention should be paid to him than to many other things in the world which delight us although we cannot explain them.

Picasso.
Art does not have to be 'understood' to be appreciated and to be meaningful and useful in our lives.

Take what Picasso said and relate it with what da Vinci said:

quote:
Study the art of science
...

and you get a big insight.

It's the same with reading.Think about it, ponder it.

Draw it out, go with your feelings, see where it takes you.

Create!
