PhotoReading multiple topic is going to create a whole different line of thinking than just reading one book. As for a sentence being stolen form another source...

If you create something new around around a some words from a Beatles song, were you inspired or were you stealing? If you say stealing then half the songs we hear need to be deleted.
Personally I've found there is less likelihood of me plagurizing word for word unintentionally because PhotoReading is reading for meaning, to get understanding rather than the elementary reading trick of parroting back the information as a result of memorisation to get a good grade. Without understanding what the heck we are talking about. Because PhotoReading is a body mind connection I notice those signals that warn me the idea or too many words don't belong to me and I am pulled to check the source.
I can tell you it can be challenging finding a webpage again that I PhotoRead and not bookmarked only to have someone ask questions relating to that topic. That pull that I am almost saying word for word what someone else wrote is that strong. 
The risk of taking someone elses work is always there, whether you pick it up with your eyes or ears or ESP.
These days so many people are throwing up the same ideas at the same time it's a race to get your work imprinted with an offical publishing date first.
