Personally I prefer to activate the whole book in one go, even a big 1000 page technical book I am activating at the moment.
I superead at about 2 seconds a page or less.
I keep doing this over and over and over, until I feel the need to dip.
So far I have superead my book and 15 times, and not ocne have a felt the need to dip.
