Superreading and dipping will take between 4 to 30 seconds per page.
That said, let go of it and instead set a timer for how long you will activate. This means if you want to activate a book from beginning to end in 30 minutes (that's the optimal time for any book) It means you'll probably skip pages here and there. Same if you activate a chapter of a book. You would set the timer for say 7 minutes and you might go through the chapter 2 or 3 times in that time depending on the number of pages and your purpose.
