Hi All,

Just a couple of question's i need help with.

1. When i photo read a book i take a deep breath and relax and get ready using 321 model but am trying to decrease the time taken to get into state as i like browsing book shops and photo reading in store, my question is when i enter state i find it esier to stare just above the book and then flip pages as it keeps my concious mind away from the task and lets my sub-con do the work, is it ok to do this, i have found in doing so the results are great and would just like confirmation.

2. When i am in store and dont have much time sometimes i grab a book state purpose and then take 1 deep breath in and begin the PR step by again staring just above the book and flippin pages, in doing this i read a post from pete staing that if im not in state at the start i will be after 5 or 6 pages, again i would like to confirm that this is ok, it does work for me but would like any additional info just to make sure im on track and to see if i can increase effectivness.

Thank you kindly Andreas Georgiou
