hey!
just wondering if ppl are actually managing to photoread 5-10 books a day?
i haven't actually read the photoreading book (other than photoreading it as part of the listening course in which case im not consciouly aware of what it sais!) so maybe i'm missing something... but by the time you listen to Paul's instructions, each book takes approx 1/2 an hour to preveiw and photoread. For 10 books this would take 5 hours a day not too mention activating previously read books... Am i missing something? like maybe you don't have to photoread each book seperatly?? Is anyone actually spending 5 hours a day photoreading??

Hi Julieanne,

ill share with you what i do and hope it helps with your question.

When i photoread the books each day, in my case around 10-15 books, what i do is get ready to PR by sitting comfatably and stating my purpose which is

"I am setting aside this time now to photoread these books, so i can increas my general knowlege and become more comfatable with the photoreading step of the whole system" sometimes i may modify the purpose if i need more from the material.

this only takes a few minutes and at the most 10 mins.

Then i get into state but i dont take too long, i will take a few deep breaths in and out and then direct my attetion to the top back part of my head to enter the ideal state of mind. Again this only takes a few mins.

And lastly i will tilt my head down toward the book and begin photoreading and saying mentally relax relax keep the state..........etc etc etc.

Each book will take no more than 5 or so mins to photoread, the idea is not to go through the whole system but to photoread only and activate only 2-3 books a week.

After finish my books i will close my PR session with the closing affirmations by saying mentally "i acknowlege the feelings i have recieved from this book and i release this information for my mind and body to process, i am curious as to how many ways my mind and body can demonstrate that this information is available to me" and if it is a book that i am going to be using for my course in Cisco then i will add to the last closing affirmation at the end "whislt doing my CCIE course" so it would be:

" i am curious as to how many ways my mind and body can demonstrate that this information is available to me whilst doing my CCIE course".

Remeber that you only photoread 5- 10 books a day meaning you dont have to go through all the steps, just PR the books and then activate 2 - 3 when you have the time.

I hope this post helps.

Kind Regards Andreas
