If the coaching sessions are that valuable, then it's like the paraliminal sessions aren't really complete without them.

Cost is a prohibiting factor for most from purchasing the larger paraliminal "sets". By offering them individually, people could build a library of Coaching sessions the same way they build a paraliminal library... a few at a time.

By offering another option, customers as a whole would ultimately be better served wouldn't they? It would lead to far less confusion as to how the tapes could be used for the greatest potential. And isn't maximum potential the ultimate goal???

Stefan,

I live in Norway, so sending stuff back and forth isn't really ideal.

I haven't had much benefit from paraliminals either, and I've used them a LOT, so maybe I'd just waste my cash on the course...

Might instead spend my cash on Daniel Teitelbaums stuff. Now THAT is something I believe in!

If you do not believe that Paraliminals work, then you probably won't see any results. Stating that they do not work, acts as a command that your mind takes as a true statement. If they cannot work, then they will not. Watch out for limitations you put on yourself.

Are you reviewing your experiences, at the end of the day, looking to notice even subtle changes? Not all changes are earth shattering and actually, it's the little things only you notice that make a big difference in your life.

Most of my "benefits" with the paraliminals are *very* subtle.

Things like, realizing I was actually doing a project I didn't want to do and had put off (after listening to "Get Around to It"), Stopping a negative reaction (normal action) for something and realizing what I was doing and then changing my thoughts ("Natural Brilliance"), etc .. they don't seem subtle, but they are for me.

I own all the paraliminals (except stop smoking, since I put the bong down once and for all in college) AND ideal mindset, descisive action and consistent achievement.

The coaching sessions are designed for listening to certain paraliminals in a certain order. You have an overal goal for the course, and the coaching sessions help you towords your goal and help you with the particular paraliminal. They are by no means stand alone coaching sessions.

In fact, for those of you who have less than desired results, these coaching sessions might the the thing you need, because they help you specify a goal, and remind you on each on to notice changes, even small ones, as you move along your path to success.

I don't see how this would be possible on an individual paraliminal basis. For individual use, the user is responsible for the changes.

For those who would like the coaching benefits with their individual paraliminals, I would suggest the following:

1)Write down on paper what your goal is before listening to the paraliminal.

i.e. "After listening to self esteem supercharger, I will be able make eye contact with pretty girls and smile until they break off eye contact first"

2) Chart your progress. After one listening, you are not going to become a babe magnet, but if you keep track, and keep listening, the instances of the above quoted goal will increase and increase.

3)Notice other peoples obervations of you. This is the tricky part. When you change, subtly, you don't notice it, so you think you haven't changed. Be aware, extra aware to how other people react to you.

4) Relax and have fun. After all, life is a game, and we are sent here to play.

play like recess will never end.

George

Sandy,

I am not saying that paraliminals don't work, just that they haven't worked all that much for me personally. Some of the other guys here seem to be getting good results from them.

Yes, maybe the coaching sessions would be helpful.

Hmm.

I'd take some of George's suggestions. Writing down noticeable changes and also writing down your goals can help. Maybe your goals are not as clear as they could be. That is one great thing about the coaching sessions and the manual included in the learning courses. They really help you clarify your goals and look at what you are doing now, what works for your advantage and what does not.

Another point on stating/setting goals. Remember to state your goal in the positive! Think about what you want, rather than what you don't want.

And good luck!
