The five day test is the sequential order. How you apply it when you take breaks. Prepare, Preview, PhotoRead. Incubate. Revisiting the book after incubation. Prepare, PhotoRead (optional but good practice while learning) and activate. Since you're taking a long break when doing the 5 day test, Prepare, PhotoRead and activate. Again PhotoReading optional but when studying it actually can be useful to PhotoRead again before each study session. You wouldn't need to do it if you took a 30 minute break

You activate multiple passes so 3 or 4 days of the test you use manual activation techniques like superread and dip or skittering.

Then to conclude you do a Rapid Read.

The reason prepare shows up at the beginning of each step is it's pointless even starting if you are not ready and have no purpose. It only takes a moment but placing that tangerine helps you to focus.
