Hello everybody,

I recently read an article about brain activity. It claims our brain is more active when we are asleep (I believe it relates to the synapse plasticity and not brainwaves).
The question - Is our other-than-conscious mind still focused before going to sleep, when we are very tired and can barely keep our eyes open? With our consciousness hanging behind, this might be an excellent opportunity to photoread.

Perhaps only brain scanning would reveal this to us. And it would probably be hard to tell from the scan what was OTC and what conscious. Anyway you could try it: set aside one hundred books to PhotoRead in a tired state, and one hundred to PR in a normal state of wakefulness, and then see which books you have better grasp of. The books you PR in a tired state may benefit from the incubation that occurs as you go to sleep afterwards. This might distort the experiment somewhat.

It's easier than that. PhotoRead a thriller that night. See what shows up in your dreams. If you do have parts of the storyline showing up in your dream you have 2 interesting experiences to consider.

Being tired is as good a time as any to PhotoRead.

PhotoReading works how else could any part of the story show up in a dream from a book you haven't manually activated yet..

I found being tired worked just as well for PhotoReading but the books became part of my dreams. If I don't plan to do any dream studying I avoid it just beofre sleep. Tired or not.
