Limit your trigger words to the 20 to 25 that you can get in a 8 minute postview or preview.
Any word in the book that carries meaning is a good trigger word.
Write them down it causes you to use more of your mind than passivly highlighting them, It's faster finding them again when you pose your mind probing questions because they are all on one page.
