I'm so glad to hear your doing so much better. Your earlier posts had me wondering how you were hanging on. Yes, God is whereever you are and He just waits for you to reach out to Him. He'll never leave you nor forsake you. Even when you're in the deepest pit, just remember that you can't get through it alone, nor does God want you to. Though sometimes it may seem like the bad circumstances may never end, what makes the difference is simply being able to have Hope. Hope that even if your circumstances don't change or if the worst does happen, God is with you. He has said, "My grace is sufficient for you". (2 Corinthians 12:8-10) Hope makes all the difference in the world.
As you start to seek out new friendships, Grant had some good things to say in the "non-existent relationship" post. I encourage you to see his thoughts as it relates to lack and abundance.
If you ever start feeling bad again, I encourage you to come back to this post and read your own words. Seeing where you were and where you are now, I think they'll inspire and encourage you because the words came from you.
