Most of my reading is textbooks for schools. Ihave the course and it appears that the parts of the WHOLE brain learning process that work the most is everything, but the PR step. When I preview, superread, and rapid read I get the most info into my head... Flipping through the pages has little value....... PR borrows from other reading strategies.

My process for t-book are:

I read all the headers and definitions. I turn the defs into notecards. Then I spead read the the chapter. Go back and pull out the main ideas, studies experiments etc.
