First I suggest you have a good look at the all or nothing thinking. I seriously doubt that
every decision you've made has been poor. I'll bet you made the decision to fill the tank on your car before you ran out of gas a good decision. To get dressed before you go out... a good decision. There would be more
so get back to the basics and list the everyday decisions that seem automatic.
As for decisions you've made that seem to have poor outcomes don't see them as bad decision but as learning experiences. When you think you made a poor choice you're just changing your mind and think the grass is greener on the other side of the fence. You have no idea really what kind of a mess the choice you made actually did save you from. Nor do you know how much more you can grow as a result of the other decision. We grow by facing challenges that take us out of our xomfort zones.
So Remember the Natural Brilliance Model.
Now for the PhotoReading front.
Grab a stack of books on making decisions, 5-6 do a Direct Learning, Also 5-6 books overcoming procastination. (They often include sections for overcoming fear of making wrong choices). Then another Direct Learning on Self-Confidence and Self Esteem.
You know how to PhotoRead. Trust that and you don't need to activate. Tell your nonconscious mind you want to make better choices and handle the life events better.
