Hi Grant, there are alot of good resources to use, I believe that Michael posted the one with the most information. As far as learning NLP, you might want to order some Bandler Videos from purenlp.com, and then use new behavior generator after watching some of them. Also there are several tape sets you can buy, like Michael also mentioned (I have the Rex Sikes tape set as well, LOONNNGGGG!!).
What specifically would you like to use NLP for? For self improvement you might want to just stick to the paraliminals, since they are partly NLP based.
For sales, try Maxpersuasion.com
There are some great books by L. Michael Hall, "The sourcebook of Magic" which basically is a cookbook of patters to use on yourself or others. And "The Users guide to the Brain" which is a transcript from a training seminar, I believe.
You also might enjoy "persuasion engineering" by Bandler, great book.
Also, if you're a photoreader, head over to your local university and photoread/direct learn all the NLP books you can get your hands on.
Oh yea, one more I can think of, check out some books by Kevin Hogan, he's written some pretty good stuff.
Hope that helps, and good luck!
George
