First of all i would like to thank u guys for all ur help. Secondly i would like to ask if i have to postview immediatly after i PR or do i wait until i activate?
Lastly i would like to know how long do i have to use the 5 day plan to see good results?

If you do it immediately after PhotoReading it's a postview. If you wait it becomes activation.

As long as it takes. If you're learning from the book alone it's going to take longer than if you've done one of the courses.

The whole point of adopting this system is to change how you THINK about reading. You must understand that your mindset must change. What I mean is, the thoughts in your head must change.

Remember that you are BETTER than the information in this particualr book. You dominate it, it doesn't dominate you.

A little bit off topic but I thought it might help. Something to digest over the weekend.
